Until now, reviews on Prosple have been a one-way street. Students could share their experiences, but employers couldn’t add their perspective – meaning students often missed important context about what it’s really like to work at your company.

We also know that managing reviews hasn’t been easy. Our slow, manual process often involved tedious back-and-forth emails when your time could be better spent on what actually matters.


This all changes today. We’re excited to announce two important updates: 

  1. Review commenting and management 
  2. Reviews now posted directly to your profile

    1. Review Commenting and Management 

We’ve launched a brand new section in the Employer Hub where you can view and manage all your reviews in one place.


Here’s what you can do:

  1. Respond directly to reviews – your replies appear publicly on your Prosple page
  2. Flag reviews for follow up if something breaches our guidelines
  3. Search and filter reviews to find exactly what you need
  4. View everything all in one dashboard –no more scatter documents or email chains

Best practices for responding to reviews

To get the most out of this feature, here are our top tips:


Do:

  • Thank reviewers for their feedback
  • Clarify any points that may be misunderstood
  • Share context where necessary
  • Highlight any improvements or initiatives your organization has taken


Don’t:

  • Respond in a defensive or dismissive tone
  • Share personal or confidential details
  • Ignore critical feedback – this is your opportunity to show growth


Remember: A professional, constructive response doesn’t just address the reviewer – it speaks volumes to the thousands of students viewing your page.


How it works: 

#1 - Manage reviews in the new Reviews section on the employer hub

You can manage all new and existing reviews directly from your employer portal.

#2 - Search or filter to find the review you want


You can filter results by:

  • Review category
  • Date


The results can be sorted by:

  • Rating (Lowest / highest first)
  • Date (Newest / Oldest)


#3 - Respond to reviews

Leaving a comment on a review in your employer hub will publish it onto your employer profile.

Once a comment has been published, you can edit or delete your comment.

#4 - Flag reviews


If you believe a review breaches our guidelines, you can flag the review for our team to follow up on.

    2. Reviews now posted directly to your profile

As part of our move towards becoming a more independent and trusted review platform, we’re making an important change to how graduate reviews are posted.


We will now be publishing new graduate reviews directly to your employer profile for pre-approval. This means you’ll no longer have the option to review or filter submissions before they go live.


Why we’re making the change:

We understand this may feel like a big shift, especially if you’ve relied on pre-approval to manage reputational risk. But we believe this move is essential to:

  1. Build trust with graduates by ensuring transparency
  2. Align with industry standards for independent review platforms
  3. Present a more authentic and well-rounded picture of your organisation


What this means for you:

You’ll still have powerful tools to engage with feedback:

  • Respond publicly to reviews
  • Flag reviews that breach our community standards
  • Use the insights to improve your programs and reputation over time

We’re also strengthening our process through:

  • Stricter review guidelines to ensure fairness and relevance
  • A robust verification process to validate real graduate or intern experiences
  • Immediate email notifications to keep you informed every time a new review is published


How it works:

  • Reviews that are submitted by grads/interns are first reviewed by our team
  • Our team then publishes them directly to your employer profile.
  • You will be notified by email of any new reviews that get posted.
