What’s new?
Until now, whenever Prosple received a new set of reviews for an employer, we replaced all previous reviews with the latest ones. While this approach kept reviews current, it also meant losing valuable insights from past students.
To provide a richer view, we’ve made a change: old reviews will no longer be deleted when new ones are added. Instead, we’ll now display all reviews, with dates, sorted from newest to oldest. This way, students see the latest feedback first while still having access to historical insights.
We’ve also refined our scoring system to give more weight to more recent reviews, ensuring that the aggregate score students see reflects the current environment. This approach also allows employers to showcase improvements in their graduate and internship programs.
In summary
Past reviews will remain available on Prosple instead of being deleted. Over the coming months, we’ll begin restoring previously removed reviews, which may result in slight changes to aggregate scores for some employers.
This decision is in line with our student-first mission - helping to provide students with a more comprehensive view of employers, and supporting them in making more informed career decisions.
