Why employer and job verification matters 

Verification ensures that the companies and jobs listed on Prosple are legitimate and trustworthy. It also helps us prevent scams and fraudulent activity. That’s why with every new company and job listing on Prosple, we take the time to make sure everything is as it should be. 
Our employer and job verification requirements 
As an employer, when you first sign up, all you need to do is provide some basic information, like company name and contact details. This helps us confirm that all employers we work with are the real deal. 

Here’s what we ask employers to provide: 
  • Key contact name and title 
  • Company name 
  • Company website (i.e., the URL of the company’s official website) 
  • Company ABN/BRN (or local equivalent) 
  • Business email: (i.e., an email address that corresponds to your organisation e.g., yourname@company.com).

In some cases, we might request additional documents if an employer is unable to meet the initial verification requirements. These documents are always confidential and won’t be shared publicly. 
Our verification steps for an employer 
Here’s a quick rundown of how the verification process works for an Employer: 

  • Sign up to Prosple: Employers create a free Prosple account by filling out the form on our website. 
  • Create a job post and boost it: Employers fill in details about their job opportunity and decide how much budget they want to spend to increase its visibility. 
  • Note, we require all jobs to include a salary disclosure. This helps ensure transparency and keeps scammers at bay. No more wondering if an opportunity is too good to be true! 
  • Verification and review: Our Customer Success Team will promptly review the employer’s information to ensure it meets our verification standards.
  • Confirmation and approval: Once an employer’s profile and job post are verified, we send a confirmation email and a login to our Employer Hub so employers can start monitoring job applications.
