Stay on top of your job performance and employer brand with ease
Recruitment is a balancing act, especially during peak hiring seasons. It can be challenging to track which jobs are performing well and which ones need extra attention. That’s why we’ve introduced the weekly recruitment round-up email—a snapshot of your employer brand and job performance, delivered directly to your inbox.
Instead of logging into your Employer Hub, you’ll receive a summary every Wednesday of the key metrics for your employer profile and job ads. These insights help you understand what’s working and where adjustments might be needed to attract the right interns and graduates.
What you’ll find in the email
The first section focuses on your employer profile and how students are engaging with it. Key metrics include:
Profile saves: How many students have saved your employer profile for later reference.
Page views: The number of times students have viewed your profile.
Time spent on page: The average time students spend exploring your profile content.
These metrics reveal how appealing and visible your brand is to potential candidates. For example, a high number of saves or significant time spent on your page shows strong interest, while lower metrics may indicate areas for improvement.
What to do if metrics are low:
Refresh your profile: Update your company description to showcase your latest achievements, values, and benefits.
Add engaging content: Include videos, employee stories, and testimonials to make your profile stand out.
Highlight unique aspects: Emphasize what sets your company apart, such as career growth opportunities or workplace culture. For tips, check out why Gen Z thinks your employer brand is out of touch

The second section offers a breakdown of your job ads' overall performance, showing aggregated metrics like:
New applicants: The total number of students who clicked "apply" or pre-registered for your jobs.
New page views: The total number of views your job postings received.
Conversion rate: The percentage of viewers who clicked "apply" after viewing a job.
These aggregate metrics provide a quick overview of how your jobs are performing as a group. If the numbers are lower than expected, they can guide you toward areas of focus—whether it’s updating a job description or boosting visibility.
Individual job insights
Each live job or pre-registered opportunity is displayed with its own performance data, including:
New applicants: For live jobs, this refers to students who clicked "apply." For pre-registered jobs, it’s the number of students who signed up to be notified when the job goes live.
New page views: The number of times a specific job has been viewed in the past week.
Conversion rate: How many viewers took action by applying or pre-registering.
Pre-registrations are a powerful way to build interest before a job goes live. By allowing students to sign up early, you ensure your opportunity doesn’t go unnoticed. For tips on making the most of pre-registrations, check out this guide.
What to do based on individual job performance:
Low page views: Revise your job title and description to ensure they’re engaging and relevant.
Low conversion rates: Add more details about the role, such as growth opportunities or team culture, to make the job more appealing.
Pre-registered jobs: Use pre-registrations to gauge student interest and refine your job ad before it goes live.
Taking action
The email also includes quick links to help you act immediately:
Boost job: Increase visibility for underperforming roles.
Edit job: Update job details to attract more applicants.
Unpublish job: Remove jobs that are no longer active or relevant.
Our goal is to make it easier for you to monitor and optimize your recruitment efforts without extra hassle. Expect your weekly email every Wednesday, summarizing the previous week’s data.
