How to add graduate reviews to your profile

Peer-to-peer reviews play a big part in everyday life, and it’s no different for students when they are searching for work. In fact, it's where students spent most of their time when they visit the employer profiles on our career portals.
As of the moment, this is not yet available via the Prosple Employer Hub so you will be assisted by a Customer Success team in having them live.

Follow the steps below:

  • Usually, the account manager or Customer Success team member assigned to you will forward a survey link for graduate reviews. Forward this link to your graduates and have them answer the survey. If you haven’t received any, ask your account manager about it.
  • Use the template below when you email your graduates to introduce the survey:

The <current year> Graduate Reviews Workplace Survey is a tool to help university students find out what it’s really like to work for <insert your organisation name>. Allowing students to better understand the opportunities advertised on GradAustralia and Prosple partner sites, helps <insert your organisation name> attract better-informed, better-suited candidates. 

The survey will take 20-30  minutes to complete, and can be accessed via the following link:

Whilst completing the survey, please keep in mind:

    • All responses are confidential, so you can feel free to be as specific and candid as you like with your comments.
    • All questions are optional but the more detail you can provide the more helpful your comments will be.

  • For context, the survey is made up of the following sections:
    1. Overall Satisfaction
    2. Work & Culture
    3. Hiring Process
    4. Working hours, Salary, and perks
    5. Management, Training, and Career prospects
    6. Diversity and CSR
    7. Offices and Green Initiatives
  • The Customer Success team will then give you updates from time to time as to how many responses you have received. A minimum of 5 reviews can be considered to move forward to the next step. Also, for Australian and New Zealand employers, we require this number of responses for you to be included in the Top100 Graduate employers nomination next year, see the methodology here.
  • Once we have enough responses, the Customer Success team will close the survey and review the responses

You will then receive a Word doc file of all the responses and ratings associated with each category. From here you can review which responses can be omitted/edited or be featured on the Graduate reviews page on your profile

  • Submit back the document with the changes/highlighted responses to be featured to hello@prosple.com or to the Customer Success team assigned to assist you.
  • They will then upload the reviews to your profile within the next 3-5 business days.
