Previously, requesting a CV/Resume & Cover Letter was found in the ‘Additional Questions’ section of the Application Process:
We know this wasn’t ideal - having the request for CV / Cover Letters buried inside Additional Questions meant some employers were missing this step altogether, leading to incomplete applications.
That’s why we’ve added dedicated checkboxes in the ‘Profile Fields’ section when creating a job post. Just a simple tick and you’re all done.
Once your job post is live, applicants will see a clear prompt asking them to upload their CV/Resume and Cover Letter:
