Team Prosple
The expansion of Prosple in the Philippines comes on the heels of increasing website traffic, more clients and partners, and successful campaigns including the National Virtual Careers Super Fair and the launch of the Top 100.
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve scouted for growth opportunities that have landed us: increasing website traffic, more clients and partners, and successful campaigns including the National Virtual Careers Super Fair and the launch of the Top 100.
We didn’t have to look far from Australia and New Zealand, as there’s a lucrative market that caught our attention—an expansion of Prosple in the Philippines. We chose the country for two key reasons:
- A large population with highly educated graduates
- Economic recovery after COVID-19
By economic recovery, we’re talking about how Prosple’s services can complement GradPhilippines’ efforts of providing millions of graduates with potential employment opportunities in the country.

Founded in 2019, GradPhilippines is a career recruitment platform for young professionals in the Philippines. The platform belongs to Prosple’s network of Grad sites, including GradAustralia.com.au and GradNewZealand.nz.
GradPhilippines recorded almost 224,000 page views in April 2021 alone. The number represented a significant spike from around 11,700 page views in March of the same year.
April usually marks the end of the school year for most colleges and universities in the Philippines. More than 8,700 people applied for listed jobs on the best career site in the Philippines.
Numbers don’t lie, so these figures prove that more graduates have found better (and more promising) career opportunities on GradPhilippines.
As a growth company in the Philippines, Prosple has also attracted more clients and partners that signals a growing confidence in the company’s services.

As of the third quarter of 2020, Prosple clinched seven new partners including the University of the Philippines Career Assistance Program for Engineering Students (UP CAPES).
UP CAPES is a student service organisation as part of the University of the Philippines’ College of Engineering.
Prosple has powered the group’s career directory by offering more than just postgraduate courses, the directory also features events for alumni and students to help them and provide relevant information.
New partners this year also include Centro Escolar University, Technological Institute of the Philippines, and the Philippine Daily Inquirer’s classified ads division – JobMarket.ph. Prosple’s extensive network of partners can be viewed here.

Successful virtual career fairs
Successful virtual career fairs
GradPhilippines has hosted online job fairs in partnership with prominent industry names like the Philippine Daily Inquirer. In fact, the National Virtual Careers Super Fair (NVCSF) exceeded expectations in terms of website visitors.
NVCSF is a collaborative effort among Prosple, the Philippine Daily Inquirer, with JobMarket.ph and Inquirer.net. The event marks the first time that Prosple introduced its Super Fairs initiative in the country.
GradPhilippines tallied 22,400 website visitors during the NVCSF campaign. The virtual event happened on April 13 when participants explored potential career opportunities at 33 employers. These exhibitors included well-known multinational companies:
- Accenture Philippines
- Canva Solutions Inc.
- Ernst & Young Global Services (Philippines) Inc.
- GlaxoSmithKline Philippines
- Nestlé Philippines Inc.
More than just being a career platform for young professionals in the Philippines, GradPhilippines provided them with valuable advice on navigating life during the COVID-19 pandemic by hosting career talks.
Some of the key speakers at the NVCSF event came from the Philippine Association of Professional Speakers and the University of the Philippines.
Finally, Prosple further helped graduates in the Philippines to jumpstart their careers by launching the Top 100 Graduate Employer Awards in the country!
