We'd like to share an important update about Prosple's partnership with our institutional partners.
Sunsetting Partner Sites
From 31 December 2026, we're sunsetting our free custom-branded partner career directories ("Partner Sites") and consolidating all user activity onto the main Prosple platform. Your students will retain access to jobs, employers, and saved content via their same account on prosple.com.
This hasn't been an easy decision. We began releasing Partner Sites in 2019, and since then we've partnered with over 300 institutions. This scale, however, created considerable ongoing maintenance and complexity, which slowed our ability to release new features for students.
We also observed that students were more reluctant to engage with a custom-branded partner site than they did with Prosple itself. Since January 2024, Prosple sites have recorded 28 million unique sessions versus 3 million on Partner Sites, more than 9x as many.
We’ve therefore decided to phase out these custom-branded websites over the remainder of 2026.
Improved Data Sharing
Although this closes one chapter, we think it represents an opportunity to deepen our institutional partnerships.
In exchange for promoting Prosple via a link on your website, LMS, and occasional emails, you'll continue to have access to a live insights dashboard where you can find data on your students’ application preferences and behaviour. We're also expanding our capacity to handle custom data requests, on a case-by-case basis.
Employer League
Our new venture, Employer League, is the data and analytics arm of Prosple, which explores student perceptions of employers and careers.
We collect this data via a career planning tool. In exchange for sharing this tool with your students, we'll provide a quarterly report showing how your students rank employers by career path, and why.
This reporting is designed to help your careers/employability teams improve close rates with employers for career fairs and on-campus events.

Q: Why is Prosple closing the Partner Sites?
As our platform has grown, we've found that maintaining hundreds of individual partner sites limits how much we can invest in any one of them. Consolidating onto a single platform lets us put more resources into the core product – better search, more employers, faster improvements – and gives your students access to a bigger, more active platform than any standalone site could offer alone.
Q: What happens to the employers we've onboarded to our site?
They remain fully visible and active. They can continue posting unlimited job opportunities – the only change is that everything now lives on the main Prosple platform instead of your standalone site.
Q: What happens to links currently pointing to our career site — from our website, materials, socials, etc.?
We'll have a temporary redirect in place, but we ask that you update any links pointing to your career site to point to prosple.com directly. This helps us make sure your students land in the right place without interruption, and lets us keep an accurate picture of how your students are engaging for proper reporting.
Q: Do our students need to re-register or create new accounts?
No. All student accounts are managed centrally, so there's nothing for your students to do; their access carries over as normal.
Q: Will our branding still appear anywhere for our students?
Students will experience the unified Prosple platform.
Q: Does this cost us anything, or change our agreement?
This applies to partners on our free tier. If you're on a paid tier, we'll be in touch separately to walk through what this means for your account.
Q: Are other partner sites also being retired, or just ours?
All free Partner Sites are being consolidated onto the main Prosple platform by 31 December 2026. This is a platform-wide change, not specific to you.
Q: Will we still see referral traffic from the link we add?
Yes. We'll be able to show you how much traffic you're sending to the platform, so you can see the ongoing value of the connection.
